Job Duties:
Communicate with consumers to bring resolution on unpaid accounts. This may include obtaining health insurance information.
Counsel delinquent consumers to meet obligations. Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
Qualifications Associate Degree equivalent relevant work experience.
Previous collections experience preferred.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize work.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule if needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
